Normal Mail and parcel Delivery
This is basically hand delivery services designed for persons or companies that do not handle large amounts of mail or parcels on a daily basis.
Dedicated Courier
The dedicated courier is for persons or companies that handle large sums of mail or parcels on a daily basis.
A Priority parcel and Document personnel is assigned to the company to handle all deliveries and collections, a time schedule is designed in the initial stages so that the client and the service provider are aware of what is happening at all times.
Petty Errands
Postal Services
This is the collection of mail or parcels from the Post Office box once a day, designed for those who are not able to access their mail boxes due to time.
Payment of Bills
Bills of all sorts ranging from utility bills to rent; personal or business will be paid on your behalf saving you the hassle of queuing for hours.
All bills are required to be submitted to Priority Parcel and Documents at least 4days before the due date to avoid late charges or disconnection.
Banking and Documentations
All bank transactions which include deposits, withdrawals, collection or delivery of forms or letters, collection of cheques and all other transactions that do not require personal appearance; will be undertaken by a well trained and trustworthy person.
Important document renewal and registration services is designed to deal with different requirements ranging from Road license renewal, passport and Visa processing (where personal appearance is not required) e.tc.
